Rehabilitation of the former Bosch factory premises in the city center of Stuttgart. With the area, a new urban quarter with offices, shops, restaurants, clubs, a fitness center and a multiplex cinema with 6 halls as well as a parking garage for over 400 cars was created on 52,000 m². In particular, the 1550m² glass roof that spans large parts of the inner courtyard, characterizes the architectural quality of the quarter. The listed existing buildings, which had to be laboriously undertaken and refurbished in concrete, have special requirements. The area was built and rebuilt with ongoing operations.
