Refurbishment and loft conversion of a listed residential building in downtown Zurich.
The residential units were renovated and rebuilt floor by floor between 2009 and 2011, depending on how a tenant moved out. A new apartment was built on the top floor, for the purpose of which the entire roof was opened, and the roof structure was largely renewed and rebuilt. The building was in operation during the almost 12 weekly construction period.

The scope of services included design and implementation planning, as well as tendering and construction management, incl. all building services.
