The aim of the owners was to live in a house that was modern in every respect, while at the same time to preserve the elegance and charm of the 1970s. As part of a complete renovation, every detail of the building was redesigned inside and out. All the rooms, a large part of the walls, the staircase as well as the building services and facades were renewed without affecting the filigree supporting structure of the 1970s. The original wood panelling was also retained. General planning, tendering and site management was carried out by SAD Architekten.
